Acid Trip
Nine drawings by an unknown artist taking part in a government-sponsored LSD experiment in the late 1950s.
The subject was asked to draw a portrait of his attending doctor at various intervals throughout the experiment.
The fifth drawing, completed two-and-a-half hours after the initial dose of LSD 25 was administered, was accompanied by the following observation:
Upon completing the drawing the patient starts laughing, then becomes startled by something on the floor.
Update on my room clear out: Found way too many vodka bottles, I’m going to feel like a massive alcho lining these up for recycling.
Also empty beer bottles. I have no idea where they came from, I can’t stand the stuff.
Stayed home last Saturday night and painted a few bird silhouettes on my walls. I’m so exciting.
Made me realise how shitty the rest of my room has got though, in a middle of a massive clear out of it now.
